Our humble story started with a small barbecue restaurant in Lincoln City, Oregon. We purchased the business in 1993 and started with all new recipes, including the sauce. What was very noticeable was how big a hit the sauce was. Our customers would ask for extra sauce so they could take some home. We started bottling the sauce in the restaurant in Mason jars and then eventually went to a bottler to have it done professionally.

After we sold the restaurant, we decided to continue on with the sauces. Our product line has expanded to several choices of sauces and spices. Also, along our journey, we have been blessed with many awards for our products. The National BBQ Association (from Texas), the Great American BBQ and the American Royal BBQ have all awarded us with top ten honors. Most important to us, though, is you, our customer. We sincerely hope that you enjoy our products.
